We are celebrating Joel Rodrigues' 9th anniversary at The Final Step!
Joel started as part of the Admin Team and, having honed his technical knowledge over the years, joined the tech team and has since become our Professional Services Engineer.
As a valuable member of the team involved in triaging tickets from help@ or over the phones, he is very often the first person our clients speak to when they have an issue.
Joel excels in this position, and as the friendly, reassuring voice at the end of line, also receives excellent CSAT reactions and countless positive comments.
Not only this, but he has a great eye for detail and is constantly helping to improve our processes so we can better serve our clients.
