Is Microsoft Teams phone included in my existing Microsoft 365 Business Premium subscription?

No. Microsoft Teams Phone is a separate licence altogether, and there are multiple options depending on your needs, including domestic calling, international calling and different plans for pay-as-you-go and prepaid. We can talk through the options and help you choose the right one for your business.

Can I keep my existing London business phone numbers if I switch?

Yes, in most cases. We can port your existing numbers, including your 020 numbers, across to Microsoft Teams Phone or another VoIP solution, so your clients and contacts can reach you on the same numbers they have always used. There are occasional technical or administrative caveats depending on your current provider, and we will work through those with you to make the process as straightforward as possible.

How do we migrate our legacy PBX system to Microsoft Teams without downtime?

We always run an overlap. Your legacy PBX system stays live and operational until your Microsoft Teams Phone system is fully set up, tested and confirmed to be working correctly. Only once we are satisfied does the switchover happen, at which point existing numbers are ported across and your team continues making and receiving calls as normal.

Do I need to purchase specific hardware or desk phones to use this service?
