Shaun Shefi celebrates his 3rd anniversary at The Final Step

Shaun Shefi started in March 2020... Yes, that's right, he joined right as the country locked down!

With typical forethought he visited a week early to pick up his laptop "just in case" Covid caused problems.

His happy demeanour and people skills meant he coped admirably with getting to know the team from a distance. These skills extend to our clients, as he regularly tops customer satisfaction surveys.

Certification has earned him promotion to Escalations and Systems Engineer and he's also contributing to technical account management.

Thanks also for sacrificing many weekends to test and improve clients' Disaster and Recovery plans!
