Faye Simmons celebrates her 8th anniversary at The Final Step

Faye Simmons joined The Final Step in 2015 with the unenviable task of organising Raja Pagadala, as his PA.

Her gift of organising and ensuring the right person is on the right job at the right time has expanded to helping our Technical Account Managers keep on track with all our clients' IT reviews, roadmap meetings and board level reporting.

Faye infuses our team events with her sense of adventure, fun and style to ensure everyone is included and having a good time. She observes keenly and comments constructively on many areas of the business, including now taking on some accounts work!

Wow, where has the time gone, 8 fantastic years at The Final Step. My role continues to be supportive (especially helpful now that we have twins!) and extremely fulfilling. Thank you for letting me develop my skills and knowledge within the loveliest team.
