Congratulations to Lauren Conrad who celebrates four years with The Final Step!

Lauren joined The Final Step in 2019 as a Service Desk Lead and is now our Service Desk Manager.

She is always friendly, helpful and extremely efficient! She manages the service desk, liaises with the projects team and with clients, as well as reporting to management. So, this is not an easy job!

Thanks for growing your responsibility and remaining calm and friendly whilst keeping our service on track and ensuring the right person is on the right job at the right time.
