Get to know your team
Raja is Managing Director of The Final Step, which he founded in 1987. He has considerable experience in advising organisations on how IT can most effectively support their business objectives.
Sally is one of our Directors, having joined The Final Step as Business Development Manager in 1997 and then been promoted to Director in 1999 after completing her MBA at City University.
Simon is one of our Directors and joined The Final Step in 1990. He studied English at King′s College London and became a Microsoft Certified Professional in 1996, but now focuses on customer satisfaction within the business – a key role indeed!
Mansukh is our Customer Service Manager and has been with The Final Step since May 2005.
Steve is our Technical Manager and is both CompTIA A+ and Network+ qualified, as well as being a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
Luisa is one of our key managers and has been with us for ten years. She is originally from Portugal but moved to England in 1998, joining The Final Step in March 2006.
Before joining The Final Step Yin worked for a major supermarket chain. She is a qualified accountant (CPA) in her native Myanmar and has subsequently qualified in the UK as an ACCA and done an MSc in Accounting with Finance at South Bank University.
Dinesh is a Microsoft Certified engineer who has had ten years’ experience with an IT support and consultancy firm very similar to The Final Step. He studied Information Technology in South Africa and relocated to the UK in 2004.
Joel joined The Final Step in September 2014. Originally from Portugal he came over in 2012 and did various jobs before deciding to make a career in IT.
Faye joined The Final Step in March 2015 to work as Raja’s PA and with our existing admin team.
