Screenshotting is an extremely convenient and easy method to quickly share images and information. It bypasses the need to manually download files, and allows users to keep a copy of information and images that may not be readily available. 

Screenshotting is also a great way to showcase specific aspects or segments of a document or image, without needing to present the entire file.
