We just wanted to let you know about a new Microsoft offer you may want to take up.

If you buy Office 2007 between March 5th and September 30th 2010, you will get a free upgrade to Office 2010. Microsoft are calling this the 'Office 2010 Technology Guarantee Program'.

What are the limits of the offer?

• You have to buy boxed product. Clients who take our SAM (Software Asset Management) service will know that buying boxed product means tracking which DVD and install key belongs to which machine and keeping them to hand. This is a bit of a headache, but at least you are getting the free upgrade!
• Limited to 25 purchases per company.
• You need to go to www.office.com/techg to get your upgrade. We’ll have to see how the download works from there, but opting for delivery of the DVD probably is a more secure option.

• Office Professional 2007 - Office Professional 2010
