Typically we work with small business customers based in Central London who have a reliance on IT but require a level of external expertise to ensure systems are working optimally. By ‘small’ we mean a company with up to approximately 200 staff.

We work in all industry sectors, as many underlying IT themes and requirements are similar but we have developed specialist skills through our work for legal, financial services, commercial property management and not-for-profit organisations.

Most of our new clients come to us through referrals from existing clients who are keen to share the experience of working with a professionally-run IT company which delivers consistently high service levels.

As a client, if you call us with a problem, we pay close attention. You are not a statistic or a number in our call tracking system. You are a busy professional relying on us to provide friendly, accurate and valuable support and information to help you do your job. We will work out a way to solve your problem no matter what the underlying cause or what we have to do. We listen, we think creatively and then we act. You can trust us to look after you.

If investment in your IT systems is needed, we will outline several suitable options along with the pros and cons of each. You can then decide which is implemented and when. We feel it is important that you are as aware as you want to be of the technology and how it will impact your business. If you want details, we will provide them, if you just want something done, we′ll get it done.
